摘要 

馬鈴薯種薯生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)可以改善馬鈴薯生產(chǎn)鏈。在有足夠植物營(yíng)養(yǎng)的盆栽或水培系統(tǒng)中種植可以提高種薯產(chǎn)量。在這些營(yíng)養(yǎng)物質(zhì)中,Ag(Mg)在植物的一系列代謝過(guò)程和生化反應(yīng)中發(fā)揮作用,例如葉綠素的形成。因此,這種營(yíng)養(yǎng)素的充足供應(yīng)至關(guān)重要。本研究旨在評(píng)估兩種栽培系統(tǒng)中鎂劑量對(duì)植株形態(tài)特征和種薯產(chǎn)量的影響。兩個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)同時(shí)在溫室里進(jìn)行。在實(shí)驗(yàn)I中,這些植物生長(zhǎng)在有機(jī)基質(zhì)的盆栽中。在實(shí)驗(yàn)II中,植物在水培系統(tǒng)中培養(yǎng),并評(píng)估了五種劑量的鎂。在這兩個(gè)試驗(yàn)中,在21 DAE時(shí)評(píng)估的其他特征均未顯示出對(duì)鎂劑量的顯著反應(yīng),除了第四片葉片干物質(zhì)中的鎂含量。在實(shí)驗(yàn)I和II中,提供最高種薯產(chǎn)量的劑量(單位為每株)分別為0.0 g dm3 MgSO4和0.96 mmol L1 Mg2t。在這些劑量下,第四片葉片干物質(zhì)中的鎂含量分別為24.4和11.0 g kg1。在試驗(yàn)I中,對(duì)照組(不施用鎂)的馬鈴薯種子產(chǎn)量最高,在試驗(yàn)II中,施用0.96 mmol L1的馬鈴薯種子產(chǎn)量最高。

Magnesium-influenced seed potato development and yield 

ABSTRACT

Seed potato production in systems that provide higher amounts of planted material improves the potato production chain. Planting in a pot or hydroponic system with adequate plant nutrition may increase the seed potato yield. Among the nutrients, agnesium (Mg) has a role in a range of metabolic processes and biochemical reactions in plants, such as chlorophyll formation. Thus, the adequate supply of this nutrient is of fundamental importance. The study aimed to evaluate the effect of Mg dose on morphological characteristics of the plant and seed potato yield in two c*tion systems. Two experiments were installed simultaneously in a greenhouse. In experiment I, the plants were grown in a pot with organic substrate. In experiment II, the plants were c*ted in a hydroponic system, and five doses of Mg were evaluated. No other characteristics evaluated at 21 DAE showed significant response to Mg dose in both experiments, except for Mg content in the fourth leaf dry mass. The doses providing the highest seed potato yield, in units per plant, in experiments I and II were, respectively, 0.0 g dm3 of MgSO4 and 0.96 mmol L1 Mg2t.At these doses, the Mg content in the fourth leaf dry mass were 24.4 and 11.0 g kg1 , respectively. The highest seed potato yield was obtained in the control (without Mg application) in experiment I and with the dose of 0.96 mmol L1 in experiment II.
